IPod Touch Bluetooth
Description:
How to make the most out of your iPod’s Bluetooth.
Steps:
Transferring Files:
1) Go to Cydia/Rock and download “iBlueNova”.
2) Next “Enable” the “Rapid Switches” so you can transfer files via Bluetooth.
3) Select the Picture, Song, Video or any other file you want to send by opening the file and pressing on the sending icon.
4) Press the refresh button at the top right to search for Bluetooth devices around you (Nokia, Sony Ericsson, iPhones etc.)
5) Select the device you want to send the file to, press on it and wait for the file to fully transfer.
Chatting:
1) Go to iTunes and download “BTChat” (Free).
2) Press on the connect button and a window will pop up asking to turn on Bluetooth.
3) After you turn on Bluetooth it will search for nearby iPhones and iPod Touches.
4) When it finds one just press on it, and when it totally connects you’ll be able to send messages via Bluetooth.
Important Rules:
1) “iBluenova” is a paid app to learn how to get it for free click here.
2) Some files you transfer to Non-Apple devices may not work because of there unique format (like ringtones which Sonny Ericsson devices can’t read).
3) This article is for iPod Touches with 3.0 < firmware (Bluetooth was added on 3.0 firmware).
4) This may not work for iPod Touch 1G.
